Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans have a three-month minimum, then run month to month and can be cancelled any time after that.

What if I need more than my included hours?

Extra work is $85/hour and always quoted before we start. Included hours don’t roll over.

Is there a setup fee?

A one-time $250 setup covers the first audit, backups and cleanup. It’s often waived.

What counts as an edit?

Changes to your existing site: text, photos, hours, prices, links and small layout fixes. New pages and bigger projects are quoted separately.
